The Women in Sustainability Network is a thriving global women's network of sustainability professionals leading and creating the green transition in our organisations and communities.

Our vision is for every ‘woman* in sustainability’ to have the capacity, courage and community they need to flourish and lead in these times.

We help those navigating a corporate career or running their own businesses to access the community, inspiration and inner development to amplify, and sustain, their impact and influence.

Through sharing our learning, stories and experiences, we bring women out of silos and into community and belonging, cultivating women to lead with purpose and heart, resourced by nature.

We do this through the WINS Membership and our Network events, in person and online, supported by our digital presence and communications.
