Sue joined the Institute of Environmental Management (ISEP) at the end of 2016 and is currently Director of Operations and Professional Standards. She is a senior-level operations leader with vast experience gained in the private and public sectors including financial services, telco, and utilities. Sue is experienced in leading multi-site, multi-channel customer service operations in B2C, B2B, international, and regulated markets. Previous companies include Severn Trent Water, Vodafone, The Medical Defence Union, Barclays, and the Cabinet Office. Sue has a postgraduate qualification from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is an Associate member of ISEP. Sue is a Board member at the Society for the Environment (SocEnv) and is also Chair of their Registration Authority (RA). She has also been a Director at the Specialist in Land Condition Register (SiLC) since 2019.
