Afshan Rasheed is Head of Environment – Energy and Sustainable Cities at Egis UK, where she leads multidisciplinary environment teams across major infrastructure and energy projects. She brings a strong track record in delivery of major infra structure environment projects, working across complex programmes to enable development.

Afshan is known for her collaborative and supportive leadership style, with a strong focus on empowering individuals, building confidence, and creating inclusive, high-performing teams. She is passionate about mentoring, coaching and developing talent. In recognition of this, she was awarded Mentor of the Year at the Women in Green Business Awards in 2024.
