Ryan Mario Yasin is CEO and Founder of wearable technology company Petit Pli. Petit Pli engineer clothes that grow with children. Petit Pli’s patent-pending technology enables garments to grow bi-directionally to custom-fit children aged 9 months - 4 years. While a student, Ryan experienced first hand how his nephew’s speedy growth translated to a huge amount of garment waste. The experience signalled an opportunity for innovation in the garment industry - currently the world’s second largest polluter, for the benefit of humanity. To realise Petit Pl’s technology, Ryan leveraged his aeronautical engineering research & training into deployable satellite structures at Imperial College London.
