Caroline joined Landsec in April 2015, where she is delivering the company’s ambition for industry leadership on Sustainability, Public Affairs, Health Safety and Security. She is responsible for both setting strategy and delivery. Her work is focused on creating jobs and opportunities, efficient use of natural resources and sustainable design and innovation. Recent achievements include moving the company to 100% renewable electricity provision and setting new science-based carbon and energy reduction targets. Prior to joining Landsec, Caroline was COO of PwC’s Sustainability & Climate Change team where she worked with a number of clients to develop leading sustainability programmes.
