Michele Farmer is the Prince’s Trust Director for Central England, a region of the UK that is home to some 16m people. The Trust supports c65000 young people every year aged 11-30 across the UK, helping them to move towards education, work or self-employment. Prior to joining the Prince’s Trust, Michele worked at a senior level in local government as an assistant director in Children’s Services.
Originally trained as a curator, she continues her interest in the arts and in education. As a social entrepreneur, she has set up and managed several organisations.
A passionate advocate for inclusion and early intervention, with a strong belief in partnership working, Michele has always championed young people, especially those who may not have had the best start in life.
